The 2023 Tour de France will be the 110th event held. It will be held from Saturday, 1 July 2023 to Sunday, 23 July 2023.

The Grand Départ for the 2023 Tour de France will be in Bilbao, the most populous city in the Basque Country. The second stage will also take place entirely within the borders of the Basque Country.

The stages of the route will cover some of the most iconic terrain of the region. The Pyrenees Mountains, the Mediterranean Coast, and the hills of the Massif Central are all on the agenda for the 2023 Tour.

The race will also travel through several Spanish and French provinces, including Basque Country, Catalonia, Navarre, Hautes-Pyrénées, Tarn, Aude, Hérault, and Gard.

Final day festivities in Paris will include a shortened version of the traditional individual time trial.
